    At Porza, we stand behind the quality of our car parts and want to make sure you're fully informed when it comes to returns, warranty claims, and legal terms. Whether you’ve changed your mind, received a damaged item, or need to return a deposit part, we’ve made the process clear and straightforward. Below, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about return conditions, warranty periods, damaged shipments, and our general delivery and payment terms. We aim to offer a transparent and hassle-free experience for every customer.

    How long do I have to return a product?
    You can notify us of a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. After this notification, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
    What if my product is damaged or incomplete upon delivery?

    Report any transport damage or missing items within 24 hours of signing for the package. Include a clear photo of the packaging or damaged item via our return procedure.

    How do I return a product?

    Log into your Porza account, go to "Orders," select the relevant order, and click "Return products." Follow the steps, upload any necessary photos, print the label and form, sign it, and drop the package off at PostNL.

    What are the return shipping costs?

    A return fee of €6.95 applies for parcels up to 30 kg. This is deducted from your refund. Exceptions apply if you return the item in-store, have purchased a fitment guarantee, or choose to ship at your own cost without our label.

    Can I return deposit (core) parts?

    Yes, deposit parts follow the same return procedure. You must return the old part within 30 days. It must be complete and undamaged. After inspection, the deposit will be refunded via your original payment method.

    Are there any non-returnable items?

    Yes, electronic components and specially ordered items cannot be returned. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    What happens if my return does not meet the conditions?

    Porza may reject your return or deduct fees if packaging is damaged, incomplete, or improperly prepared. Always include the invoice and use protective packaging.

    What is Porza’s warranty policy?

    Visible defects must be reported within 8 days of delivery; hidden defects before the warranty expires (depending on the product). If the claim is valid, Porza will repair or replace the product. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

    What are the general delivery and payment terms?

    Porza delivers from Venlo and is not liable for delays due to external circumstances (e.g., strikes). All goods remain Porza's property until fully paid. Orders are fulfilled only after full prepayment unless otherwise agreed.

    How does Porza handle my personal data?

    Porza respects your privacy in accordance with Dutch law and uses your personal data solely to fulfill orders and services. We do not share your data with third parties, except as required for order processing or legal compliance.
