    Cylinder Sleeve

    The cylinder sleeve is installed inside the engine block to provide a precision-machined wear surface for the piston and piston rings. It restores proper cylinder geometry, compression integrity, and oil control in engines where the original cylinder wall has become worn or damaged. A worn cylinder bore can cause low compression, excessive oil consumption, piston slap, and reduced engine efficiency.

    Porza supplies high-strength cylinder sleeves manufactured from hardened alloys with ultra-smooth internal surfaces for optimal piston movement and ring sealing. These sleeves are engineered to withstand extreme combustion pressures, high temperatures, and continuous mechanical friction. With Porza cylinder sleeves installed, engines regain factory-level compression and stable internal sealing.

    Cylinder sleeves vary by inner diameter, wall thickness, and installation type depending on engine design. Precision installation is critical for proper heat transfer and long-term durability. Replacing worn bores with a Porza cylinder sleeve restores engine compression, reduces oil consumption, and extends overall engine service life.
